Charlton goalkeeper Stephen Henderson missed today’s defeat to Derby because of a calf injury, Jose Riga has confirmed.
Henderson has not featured for the Addicks in seven weeks and made his last appearance for the club in the 4-3 loss to Reading in late February.
After a period on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, the Irish stopper returned to the squad on April 2.
With Nick Pope impressing between the sticks, Henderson was limited to the bench in the clashes against Birmingham, Ipswich and QPR.
However, 19-year-old Dimitar Mitov was named as Pope’s deputy today and Riga said Henderson was struggling with a calf problem.
The Belgian boss said: “He had a problem with his calf during the last training session. We will have to make another assessment tomorrow morning.”

Yaya Sanogo was another absentee for the South Londoners with the Arsenal striker still recovering from a hamstring strain.
Riga was unsure whether the French forward would feature at Bolton on Tuesday.
He added: “It’s a short delay but we will see.
“We will check on Sanogo to see if there’s any possibility [of him playing at Bolton].”
Riga also confirmed that Ahmed Kashi is likely to make at least one more appearance for the U21s before joining the first-team squad.
The Algerian midfielder has spent more than six months on the sidelines after suffering an Achilles injury back in September.
