Queens Park Rangers are reportedly willing to sell highly-rated winger Matt Phillips this month, with Crystal Palace and Newcastle interested in a deal.

The 24-year-old, who has made 28 appearances for QPR this season and scored five goals, is the subject of interest from a host of top flight clubs.

Premier League rivals Palace, Newcastle, Watford and Leicester are said to be hoping to provide the exciting star a chance to prove himself in the higher division.

And speculation over the Scotland international’s future looks set to intensify as the Evening Standard report that Loftus Road bosses hope to cash in on Phillips.

The former England U19 star started his career at Wycombe after graduating through their Academy structure.

Phillips then spent three years at Blackpool, before signing for QPR in 2013. The winger made 25 Premier League appearances for the Hoops during the 2014-15 but failed to save the club from relegation.
