Charlton Athletic have been handed several injury boosts ahead of their clash with Leeds on Saturday, with Johnnie Jackson, Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Harry Lennon all fit to feature.

Gudmundsson and Lennon were both taken off during the defeat to Brighton on Saturday, but Charlton caretaker boss Karel Fraeye has revealed that they have both recovered from their knocks.

Jackson, 33, missed the fixture at the Amex Stadium with a hamstring injury suffered in the loss to Ipswich at the Valley two weeks ago.

When asked about the squad’s injury concerns, Fraeye said: “We’ve got our squad as fit as possible at the moment.

“We know we have long-term injuries - Ahmed Kashi doesn't look too good at the moment. Cristian Ceballos and Igor Vetokele are working on the pitch which is good.

“From the rest, everyone who can be fit is fit.

“Everyone was in training today and apart from the long-term guys.

“Harry [Lennon] got some stiches and it’s all taken care of. He trained all week, along with Johnnie Jackson. The squad is as fit as it can be at this moment.”
