Charlton Athletic have signed former West Ham forward Ricardo Vaz Te on a free transfer.

The Portuguese goal-scorer, who netted 15 goals in 51 appearances for the Hammers, has put pen to paper on a deal until the end of the season.

Vaz Te trained with the Charlton squad this morning and caretaker boss Karel Fraye will be hoping the forward can bolster the club’s thin squad.
