There is growing speculation this lunchtime Wilfried Zaha could be set for a sensational return to Crystal Palace from Manchester United.
The England international winger was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson for £15m last year but failed to make an impact under replacement Old Trafford boss David Moyes, spending the second half of the season on loan at Cardiff City.
And according to the Daily Mirror, new Manchester United manager Luis van Gaal is weighing up whether to let Zaha come back to Selhurst on loan or allow the 21-year-old to rejoin the Eagles permanently.
Palace are reported to have seen off rival interest from the likes of Newcastle and West Ham and Zaha’s return to the fold would be seen as a massive boost for Tony Pulis’ side ahead of their second season back in the top flight.
The suggestion has already been widely welcomed by Eagles fans on Twitter.
