Millwall will host Leeds United at The Den in the first fixture of the new Championship season.

The Lions’ first away trip is a short one the following Saturday to recently relegated Fulham.

A Tuesday evening trip to Hillsborough follows on August 19 with the month ending in back-to-back home games against Rotherham United (23rd) and Blackpool (30th).

Following the international break, Ian Holloway’s side resume the campaign at Ipswich (September 13) and Reading (September 19).

Nottingham Forest visit The Den on September 20 before an away game Huddersfield the following Saturday and then a home clash with Birmingham on September 30.

Former manager Kenny Jackett makes his first return to the club on October 18.

The first derby against Charlton takes place at The Valley on November 22 and the return fixture at The Den is on April 4.

Boxing Day will be spent on the road at Norwich City with Bournemouth visiting SE16 on December 28.

The 2014-25 season ends for the Lions away to Jackett’s Wolves on May 2.
