A video cataloguing former Crystal Palace chairman Ron Noades’ time at the club has been published by the club.

Mr Noades, who died aged 76 after a battle against cancer, owned the Eagles from 1981 to 1998 and oversaw the club’s run to the 1990 FA Cup final and lifting the Zenith Data Systems Cup the year after.

Last week Mr Noades was posthumously awarded a special achievement award where former Palace heroes Steve Coppell, Mark Bright and Ian Wright gave their tributes to their former boss.

Current co-chairman Steve Parish gave the award to Mr Noades’ widow, Novello.
