Cedric Evina has confirmed he will be leaving Charlton Athletic.
The 22-year-old former Arsenal youngster was signed by Chris Powell from Oldham in 2011, penning a new one-year deal last summer.
However, he only made 23 appearances in SE7 during his three-year spell at the club including eight in 2013-14, and the defender didn’t feature at all under Powell’s replacement Jose Riga.
This lunchtime Evina tweeted from his @ceddyevina account: ‘I will be leaving the club this summer.
‘I would like to thank everyone & the fans of @CAFCofficial.
‘All the best in the future #cafc’
