Despite putting in an immense effort, Old Colfeians went down 16-22 to Sevenoaks in a tightly-fought London & South East Division Two game at Horn Park.
The result was in doubt right up to the last move of the match when a dramatic drive by OCs’ forwards was stopped just short of the try line with seven further points beckoning.
Colfeians scorers were Adam Hodgkiss with a try and Jack Potter with a conversion and three penalties.
