MILLWALL manager Kenny Jackett looks increasingly likely to stay out of the loan market as the clock ticks down towards tomorrow’s deadline.
Football League clubs have until 5pm on Thursday to do any remaining emergency loan buisness but as things stand it seems there will be a quiet deadline day at The Den, although Jackett was the first to accept this could change very quickly.
When asked this morning if he was expecting to make any late alterations to his squad, the Lions boss told News Shopper: “I don’t think so at the moment.
“I wouldn’t say definitely no but right here now it doesn’t look like there is anything imminent, either in or out.
“There have been some enquiries, so whether they get followed up on we will have to wait and see.”
