Thamesmead bag dream Addicks semi-final tie
THAMESMEAD Town will host Charlton in the semi-finals of the Kent Senior Cup after goals from Bradley Jordan (2) and Michael Smith gave the Addicks a 3-0 win against Herne Bay at Winch’s Field last Wednesday.
The date of the game has yet to be finalised.
FORMER Charlton keeper Peter Wakeham, who represented the club 62 times in the 1960s, passed away last week at the age of 76.
FANS who purchase their 2013/14 season ticket before April 8 will make substantial savings, and both existing season-ticket holders and new applicants can purchase online.
Places for next term are available from just £300 adults – just over £13 per game.
All U18s are £100 and all U11s are £50.
A full list of prices and more details can be found via cafctickets.co.uk, and fans can also buy in person at the Valley commercial centre or call 0871 226 1905 from 9am-5pm weekdays and 10am-1pm non-matchday Saturdays.
ADDICKS starlets Tareiq Holmes-Dennis and Tobi Sho-Silva are due to be involved for England U18s for the first time tonight in a friendly against Belgium in La Louvière.
TICKETS are on general sale for Charlton’s home match against Bolton game on March 30 (3pm), while seats are on restricted sale for the Millwall home match on March 16 (12.30pm).
Under the Millwall restrictions, which are designed to prevent away fans purchasing seats in home areas, tickets will only be sold to 2012/13 season-ticket holders and Red Card holders with a purchase history of two different games on the club’s database within the past three seasons (2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13) up to January 31, 2013.
Current season-ticket holders can buy a maximum of four tickets, while Red Card holders who meet the criteria above are able to purchase up to two tickets.

VOLUNTEERS collected donations around The Valley on Saturday in aid of Prostate Cancer UK, this season’s official Football League charity.
One in eight men will get prostate cancer, and as part of efforts to raise awareness, David Annand also walked around the pitch for two hours in the run-up to kick-off.
See prostatecanceruk.org/football for more details.
WITH 21 fewer opportunities to book to play on the Valley pitch this summer, fans are being urged to reserve their place as soon as possible.
Slots are available from £1,750 (plus VAT) from May 6-26, with benefits including the use of the home and away changing rooms and dugouts, the use of the lower west stand for up to 500 spectators, and three official match footballs.

KASEY Palmer and Karlan Ahearn-Grant scored as Charlton’s U18s came from behind to defeat Millwall 2-1 last Saturday.
The top-of-the-league Addicks next entertain Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday at Sparrows Lane (11am).
TICKETS for Charlton’s away match against Huddersfield Town on Saturday (3pm) are on general sale, while tickets for the trip to Brighton & Hove Albion on April 2 (7.45pm) are on restricted sale.
For more details, or to buy tickets, visit cafc.co.uk or call 0871 226 1905.
SEASON-ticket holders are being offered an Easter treat at the match against Bolton on March 30 (3pm), with two extra adult places available for just £10 apiece and up to two U18 tickets for just £5 apiece.
Fans will therefore save at least £10 on each adult place they purchase, while the U18 rate is half-price.
The additional tickets must be located in the same stand as the purchaser’s season ticket.
Call 0871 226 1905 for more information.
DEFEATED 2-0 by Leeds United last Sunday, the Charlton women’s team head to Portsmouth on Sunday for their latest Premier League, National Division fixture.
ONLY a few dozen tickets, priced £20, remain available to see two-time world darts champion Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis in the second Charlton Masters tournament at The Valley on March 23.
Ted ‘The Count’ Hankey, Paul ‘The Asset’ Nicholson and Arron ‘Monkey’ Monk will also be present, and places can be booked on 0871 226 1905 or via cafc.co.uk
