HIGH-FLYING members from the Dartford Trampoline Club are jumping for joy after qualifying for the British championship trampoline and double mini tramp at recent galas in Gillingham and Bath.
Barnehurst’s Emma Sullivan is double celebrating her qualification in both individual trampolining and double mini tramp.
This comes on the back of the 15-year-old being selected to represent the south east region at the English championships last November.
The Townley Grammar School for Girls student trains three nights a week under the watchful eye of coach Keith Sleafer at the club’s Dartford Grammar School for Girls headquarters.
She took to the trampoline at the age of 12 and was previously an accomplished gymnast.
Hoping to join Sullivan at the British championships in July is fellow Dartford member Olivia Bell, who has already qualified for double mini tramp and is bidding to qualify for individual trampolining at the next Gala in Cardiff on April 14.
