Mariners make a big splash

SWIMMERS from Greenwich Borough Mariners
Swimming Club swam to success by winning the Barbara Moore Trophy Gala at Gravesend & Northfleet.
The gala is for 10 to 13-year-olds and comprises
individual and relay events and was held last month.
This includes a squadron relay race where 16 swimmers - two girls and two boys of each age group swimming alternatively in ascending order of age.
The squad won the gala by 15 points.
