BLACKHEATH village library is the venue for an art exhibiton by Chislehurst artist Jennifer Swanson, opening tommorow.
Swanson has been painting professionally since 1977.
She says the inspiration for her work comes from living for many years in France, Scandinavia and Scotland.
Swanson's 70 paintings on display in Blackheath include art deco and art nouveau figures, landscapes, seascapes and still life works.
She uses mainly watercolours, pastels and acrylics.
Swanson said: "In my paintings I aim to create a magical sensation for the viewer, by using vibrant colours and hues to express joy and pleasure."
