LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003
(Amendment No. 54) Order 2008.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 8th May 2008 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 19th May 2008. The effect of the Order would be to introduce Waiting Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Schedule:- WAITING RESTRICTIONS No Waiting At Any Time:- HARDINGS LANE, Penge, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Parish Lane north eastwards to a point 6.2m north east of the party wall of Nos. 13 & 14.
HAWES LANE, West Wickham, the south west side, from the party wall of Nos. 124 & 126 south eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 128 & 130.
KESTON AVENUE, Keston, the north west side, from a point 28.5m north east of the common boundary of Montagu and Quietways northwards to its junction with Lakes Road.
LAKES ROAD, Keston, the south side, from a point opposite the western flank wall of No. 51a eastwards to its junction with Keston Avenue.
MEAD ROAD, Chislehurst, the north side, from the common boundary of White Gates and Mead Road Primary School eastwards for a distance of 18m.
NORHEADS LANE, Biggin Hill, (a) the south east side, from the party wall of Nos. 27a & 27b to a point 11m south east of a point opposite the southern flank wall of Kenmau; (b) the north west side, from the south western kerbline of Oaklands Lane south westwards for a distance of 17m.
OAKLANDS LANE, Biggin Hill, (a) both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Christy Road south eastwards for a distance of 40m; (b) the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Norheads Lane north westwards to a point opposite the north western flank wall of No. 10; (c) the north east side, from the south eastern flank wall of No. 4 north westwards to the north western flank wall of No. 8.
OAKLEIGH GARDENS, Green Street Green, the north side, from the western kerbline of Sevenoaks Road westwards to the party wall of Nos. 23 & 25.
PARISH LANE, Penge, (a) the north east side, from a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 5 & 6 south eastwards to a point 3m south east of the common boundary of Nos. 14 & 15 Hardings Lane; (b) the south west side, from the party wall of Nos. 5 & 6 south eastwards for a distance of 30m.
SEVENOAKS ROAD, Orpington, the west side, from the northern kerbline of Oakleigh Gardens north eastwards for a distance of 6.6m.
SILVER LANE, West Wickham, both sides, from the south western kerbline of Hawes Lane south westwards for a distance of 15m. No Waiting between 11.00am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:- LYNWOOD GROVE, Orpington, the east side, from the common boundary of Nos. 6 & 8 northwards to the common boundary of Nos. 38 & 40.
