I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

JUBILEE, CUDHAM LANE SOUTH, KNOCKHOLT, SEVENOAKS (08/01118)
Applicant: Mr and Mrs D J Jameson
Proposal: Roof alterations to include one rear dormer with end Juliet balcony and front porch.

LANGLEY PARK SCHOOL FOR BOYS, HAWKSBROOK LANE, BECKENHAM (08/01372)
Applicant: Langley Park School for Boys
Proposal: Demolition of existing secondary school building (with retention and refurbishment of existing two storey Phythian and one storey West Ranch building) and the construction of a new secondary school of up to two storeys in height including provision of a 600 seat enhanced performance space/ a new 9 court indoor sports hall/ two storey air training corps block (reprovision on site)/ all weather pitch and general playing field/ relocated sub-station/ formation of new car parking/ pick up and drop off zone/ improved vehicular/ pedestrian access along Hawksbrook Lane and all associated ancillary development and landscaping.

BO-PEEP, HEWITTS ROAD, ORPINGTON (08/01451)
Applicant: Mrs Kate Mansfield
Proposal: Replacement timber storage building.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
