I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-
TURFSOIL DEPOT LAND @ FORMER GRAIN STORE (HEWITTS FARM) HEWITTS ROAD, ORPINGTON (08/01186)
Applicant: Turfsoil Ltd.
Proposal: Change of use of existing buildings for mixed class B1/B8 use with ancillary parking and loading areas.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the above applications, the plans
