Proposal: Single storey rear extension and internal alterations LISTED BUILDING CONSENT, which is a Listed Building and which falls within the RAF Biggin Hill Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
