The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction)Order 2003 (Amendment No. 56)
Experimental Order 2008.
(Yester Road & Lubbock Road, Chislehurst)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 18th September 2008 the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 9th October 2008.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions to deter obstructive and all day commuter parking as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing
of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/509.
Schedule:
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
LUBBOCK ROAD, Chislehurst, the west and south west side, from a point 4m east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 19 & 21 eastwards to a
point 10m west of the common boundary of Nos. 4 & 6.
No Waiting between 11am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
YESTER ROAD, Chislehurst, (a) the south side, from its junction with Logs Hill north eastwards to a point
opposite the common boundary of Nos. 39 & 41; (b) the north side, from its junction with Sundridge Avenue north eastwards to the common boundary of Nos. 39 & 41.
No Waiting between 1pm and 2pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
LUBBOCK ROAD, Chislehurst, the west and south west side, from a point 10m west of the common boundary of Nos. 4
& 6 eastwards to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 65 & 67.
