I WISH to say a big thank you for the new amazing mosaic sculpture in Erith.
It's about time something so creative and colourful is given centre stage.
It was a damp evening when I saw a big shadow on the horizon and wondered what it was until I got closer then "wow!"
What a most pleasant welcome to Erith. I had to go round it twice just to see all its effect and with its history of Erith shown in its design it's well worth the wait.
When it's lit up I'm sure it will look fantastic. It makes a change to the boring cement or the usual unkempt grass.
It brings life back into Erith and a pleasant warmth of welcome in my heart.
After many years of neglect Erith has now got a smile back on its face.
