Could you print the name of the Bromley Council spokesman so I can send a recorded letter, requesting a recycle wheelie bin?
I have a drive of about 90ft. The bin men refuse to take any rubbish unless it is left at the front of the drive.
My husband and I have back conditions, so how does the council expect us to carry the boxes full of rubbish?
Maybe Bromley should concentrate on cleaning up the streets, clearing graffiti and giving our elderly decent care first, instead of harassing easy targets like Bromley taxpayers.
This should be voluntary and not compulsory.
Also, how much will the bin wardens cost?
