I AM writing to help other families who may be conned out of more money by Parkwood Leisure.
I was staying with my parents during Easter and thought I would go to Erith swimming pool with my two girls, a friend and her two children and my mum decided to come with us too.
I asked for a family swim which was in the booklet under (two adults, two children) and paid £7.50, my friend then asked for one adult and two kids to swim and was charged £8.50.
We queried this as to why she couldn't come under a family swim and was told it had to be two adults and two children.
Surely three people should be cheaper than four?
My friend then said it would have been better if she'd dragged someone off the street, said they were with her, paid for them to go swimming and then they could go.
How stupid.
So all families out there beware when the family swim says two adults and two children.
At Erith you pay more if there are three of you.
Where is the logic in that?
