Catford South Labour councillors campaigned for traffic calming across the area in response to pressure from residents.
The council worked hard to secure funding from Transport for London.
Our commitment to democracy means we consult with residents on major changes.
An exhibition took place and questionnaires were sent to every house and flat in the area.
Of the hundreds which came back, around two-thirds supported traffic-calming measures.
