My friend and I were shopping in Aldi recently.

While there, her car was clamped, despite her having a disabled sticker in the window.

My friend suffers from panic attacks, chronic asthma and has other health problems.

When we came out she was very distraught at finding her car like this and it brought on one of her attacks. It was so bad I almost had to call for an ambulance.

I went straight into Aldi to get the security man to find out where the wheel clamping person was.

The staff were very good and helped me locate the man who took the wheel clamp off.

I told him of my friend's condition and I appreciated him taking the clamp off.

We took the number of the wheel clamping service and called them when we got back.

She was told she had been in Aldi for over an hour but when my friend explained to them she has difficulty walking and has health problems, they agreed not to charge her.

I am glad to say my friend is okay now. We would just like to say thank you to Aldi it was very much appreciated.
