I WOULD like to comment on Mr Thompson's ludicrous letter (News Shopper, August 11), suggesting Braeburn Park residents are creating a problem and not FM Conway.
If he had watched the news or stepped out of his house anytime in the last ten years, he may have noticed houses are being built all over the country to cope with demand and the rising population.
If the council cannot keep up with this in terms of transport and schools, then maybe he should ask the councils and the Government where his rising taxes are being spent or why they gave permission for Braeburn Park to be built in the first place.
I would like to make Mr Thompson aware, when the residents of Braeburn Park bought their houses, all solicitors' searches of the area did not turn up the activities of FM Conway, but showed the area to be turned into a woodland once the building was complete.
May I suggest Mr Thompson keeps his opinions to himself?
