I felt sad and sorry for the person who thinks all over 65s should not use shops, precincts or Costas at weekends.
Yes I can shop Monday to Friday but I have a working daughter and we love to spend weekends shopping together and popping into Costa.
I am recently widowed and weekends are very quiet and lonely so I enjoy my weekends with my daughter and sometimes her friends.
The writer must be very selfish and impatient. Thank god my daughter and her friends, who also work all week, don't have these feelings.
Leave us oldies alone.
