Letter to the editor: I am trying to find out more information on a Scout group my father belonged to at Swanley Village before the First World War.
I believe it was formed by a Capt Lipscome as a private scout group.
Capt Lipscome was a friend of Lord Robert Baden-Powell.
The uniform was blue and the hat was a tricot.
It had three dents in it, not four like the normal scout hat.
I would be grateful for any information.
