Beckenham Concert Band and their special guests, The Choir of the Royal Free Music Society, present “An Evening of Music for Choir and Concert Band” in aid of 'The Cancer Centre at Guy's'. The programme includes music from 'Grease', The Blues Brothers', 'Les Miserables' ‘Frank Sinatra’ and much more.
The Concert on Saturday 24 June 2017 at St Barnabas Church, Perth Road Beckenham, is free with a retiring collection in aid of the charity. Doors open at 7:00 for a 7:30 start.
The Beckenham Concert Band has partnered with Choir of The Royal Free Music Society for several concerts on both sides of the Thames. This time we come together to enjoy making music and to raise funds for the Cancer Centre at Guy’s Hospital which brings cancer care under one roof, and whose vision is to be "a world leader in caring for people with cancer – continuously innovating to improve the lives of our patients".
