A Swim School that operates in Dartford and Swanley has been nominated for three awards in a national competition for organisations that provide activities for children.
Angela’s Swim School is in the categories: Best Franchised/Licensed Pre-school Activity, Best Franchised/Licensed Activity for Children aged 5-12 and one of its instructors has been nominated in the Most Outstanding Activity Leader for the Under 5s.
The What’s On 4 Kids Awards are sponsored by STA Travel, Nowbaby.co.uk, Now Baby TV and NatWest Bank and there has been a record number of nominations this year.
The swim school operates across Kent in Bexley, Bromley, Canterbury, Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley and Medway. The individual instructor nominated, Grace Begley-Hunter, teaches in Dartford, Gravesend and Sidcup.
Franchisee operator Janice Hutton said: “It is an honour to be nominated for these prestigious awards and is testimony to the team work and effort put in by all our instructors who teach all ages to swim.
“Our methods are unique based, as they, are on the techniques developed buy our founder, former international swimmer Angela Wilson. We are very excited and hopeful that our clients and ordinary members of the public will vote for us”.
