On Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th May, children from Heronsgate Primary School performed a spectacular drama showcase to their proud parents and special guests, newly-inaugurated Mayor of Greenwich, Councillor Peter Brooks and Jeremy James, the Artistic Director of Greenwich & Lewisham Young People’s Theatre.
The performance was a culmination of their work with Andy Graham from SNAP Theatre, who has led weekly drama workshops for the children in Years 3 and 4 for the last 6 weeks. The final show included drama, dance and music, all based on the exciting history of our wonderful town, Woolwich.
