An ophthalmic optician in Grove Park is helping NHS customers by letting everyone that needs varifocals or biofocals or distance or reading glasses have them on the NHS free of charge – and they are even letting them choose any frame.
The team of opticians at Grove Park Opticians are keen to give something back to the community.
Traditionally everyone who is entitled to NHS help with glasses still faces a bill for bifocals or varifocals and not everyone can afford it.
They often have a very limited number of frames to choose from or are forced into carrying two pairs of glasses at an extra cost.
This deal is the company's way of saying thanks to everyone who has supported the practice throughout the years.
In addition, a free eye test for NHS customers is also offered.
