On Saturday 6th May the Trevithick's Industrial Dartford - Celebration will take place again in Central Park Dartford. Now in its tenth year is promises to be better than ever with over 250 exhibitors already booked in. Full Size and miniature steam engines, tractors, lorries, stationary engines and even heavy horses together with a miniature ride-on railway, a small children's fair, food and industrial charity stalls and all for FREE entry.
On Sunday 7th May there will be a gathering at 12.00 noon in Dartford Town Center of the full size steam engines with a street organ when the mayor of Dartford will remind us all of the work of Richard Trevithick the great engineer of the Industrial revolution who died and is buried in the town.
