Following her recent success at the Kent County Championships Phoebe Rice from Dartford Swimming Club has been selected by the County Amateur Swimming, to take part in the 11-year-old Development Pathway under the England Talent Programme. Coach Chloe Pembroke said, Phoebe has great ability and deserves this chance to shine, we have many great swimmers coming through at Dartford and the club has grown since coming back to Fairfield.
