A Gravesend salon has been mocked for its misspelt nail part poster, displayed proudly in the shop window.

The advertisement, at the store in Manor Road, offers “Nails Art: proferstional nail care for ladies and gentlemen”.

The mistake was spotted by one eagle eyed resident, and has attracted quite a few giggles since it was posted on the Gravesham Then and Now Facebook page.

One commuter wrote: “Walk past that in the morning on the way to the station. Had a little chuckle, I must say”.

Whilst another added: “It’s been like it for months! Probably a sales ploy to get people talking!”

Meanwhile a local bloke joked: “If that is true, they certainly nailed it and put a bit of colour into it”, and one group member said it was a “sign of the times”.
