Women are more likely than men to cheat on their partner with a neighbour – and will seduce them by getting changed with the curtains opened.

A survey carried out by Victoria Milan – a dating website for people looking to cheat – found that 39 per cent of women would have a one night stand with a neighbour but 44 per cent of men believe it would be ‘too risky.’

Women are also more likely to use brazen flirting techniques to attract a neighbour’s attention.

53 per cent of women questioned, compared to just 18 per cent of the men, would leave the curtains open while getting changed to give a potential lover a sneak peak.

Men are also less likely to be suspicious of their neighbours with three-quarters of blokes asked saying they would take no interest if they saw someone unfamiliar visiting their neighbour regularly.

51 per cent of women admitted that they would investigate by spying on the neighbour.

More than half of the men and women asked revealed would revel in knowing that a neighbour was cheating - 76 per cent of men and 56 per cent of women say they would ‘stay out of it, but enjoy knowing they have a dirty little secret.’

And, shockingly, no men and only two per cent of women would tell the love rat’s partner what was going on.
