SEVEN vehicles, including a lorry, have been involved in a collision on a busy road.
Police were called to the accident on the A2 near Bean, Dartford, at 7.15am today (April 23).
The incident happened on the London-bound carriageway near Bluewater shopping centre and lanes one and three were blocked, which caused congestion from the Bean turn-off.
Two people are known to have been injured but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A second incident involving two cars happened in the tailbacks caused by the collision, but nobody was injured in this incident and the cars were removed to the hard shoulder.
South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue crews attended the scene.
