Rail replacement bus services running due to engineering works between Hither Green and Sidcup and between Swanley and Otford

ENGINEERING works on the railways today (June 24) are affecting services between Hither Green and Sidcup and between Swanley and Otford.

There are no trains calling at Lee, Mottingham or New Eltham.

Instead a replacement bus service, calling at these stations, is operating in each direction between Lewisham, Hither Green and Sidcup.

This engineering work may also affect train journeys to or from the following stations – in alphabetical order - : Albany Park, Bexley, Crayford, Dartford, Gravesend, Greenhithe -for Bluewater-, London Bridge, London Cannon Street, Northfleet, Stone Crossing or Swanscombe.

And track improvements and maintenance is taking place between Swanley and Otford.

Until around 5.10pm there will be no train services calling at Bat & Ball, Eynsford or Shoreham.

However, a replacement bus service will be operating in each direction between Swanley, Otford and Sevenoaks.

This engineering work may also affect train journeys to or from the following stations -in alphabetical order-: Ashford International, Barming, Bearsted, Bellingham, Bickley, Borough Green & Wrotham, Bromley South, Catford, Charing, Crofton Park, Denmark Hill, East Malling, Elephant & Castle, Harrietsham, Hollingbourne, Lenham, London Blackfriars, London Victoria, Maidstone East, Nunhead, Peckham Rye, Ravensbourne, Shortlands, St Mary Cray or West Malling.

London Charing Cross and London Waterloo East stations are closed all day.
