The Glades Shopping Centre was full of shoppers when the man fell to his death
A YOUNG man who fell from a balcony in The Glades shopping centre in Bromley has died.
The 29-year-old man was taken to Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill where he died at 9.50pm last night.
Police say the man's next of kin have been informed and that his death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
Security guards, The Glades manager and the police gave the man first aid before paramedics arrived at the scene at around 11.45am.
He fell from the upper level car park onto the floor outside The O2 mobile phone shop and Marks and Spencer.
The lower mall was cordoned off while emergency services dealt with the incident.
