ON THE month anniversary of his disappearance, police will renew their appeal for information about the whereabouts of Josh Beasley.

Officers will be near the bus stop on Romney Road, between the junction with King William Walk and Greenwich town centre, on Monday (January 21) between 5pm and 6.15pm.

This is where he was seen sending a text message on his mobile phone at around 5.15pm on Christmas Eve last year.

The 17-year-old had been drinking with friends at The Gate Clock pub, Creek Road, Greenwich, and left at around 4.50pm.

He was also seen leaving the ice-rink in the grounds of the Old Royal Naval College, King William Walk, Greenwich, at around 5.15pm.

And police say the Thomas Tallis School pupil was still in the area at around 5.20pm, between the ice rink entrance, Romney Road and Trafalgar Road, and possibly near St Alfege with St Peters school, Creek Road.

The Thomas Tallis School pupil was worse for wear because of drink when he was last seen but there is no suggestion he was violent or aggressive.

He is white, 5ft 9in tall, with short black hair and was wearing a white shirt, black jeans and black boots when he was last seen.

Anyone with information about his disappearance or whereabouts should call the incident room on 020 8721 4868 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
