A 35-YEAR-OLD woman has been accused of knifing her boyfriend through the heart.
Gaillene Young, of Bardsley House, Bardsley Lane, Greenwich, is accused of killing 34-year-old Nicholas Venn during a row at their home on September 3.
Mr Venn suffered a single stab wound to the chest which pierced his heart and was pronounced dead at Lewisham Hospital around 4.15am.
Young appeared at the Old Bailey on December 13 via videolink from Holloway Prison and spoke only to confirm her name.
She was due to enter a plea to a charge of murder but Judge Peter Thornton adjourned the hearing until February 22 for medical reports.
Young was remanded in custody and a trial date was fixed for April 22.
