DEVELOPERS are holding an exhibition tomorrow to unveil their plan for the old GlaxoSmithKline site in Beckenham.
The scheme by Altessen (a joint venture between Altyon and Essential Land) came about following a community planning exercise event in May.
And now people are invited to have their say on the final plans before the planning application is submitted to Bromley Council.
The exhibition runs from 10am to 4pm tomorrow (October 1) at The Pavilion at Langley Court, Beckenham.
Martin Bellinger, a partner at Essential Land, said: “It has been great to work so closely with the local community through a unique combination of community planning initiatives and online discussion.
“Most importantly, the resulting scheme is creative, inspired and reflects the requirements of local people.
“I’m looking forward to seeing people’s reactions on Saturday.
“And the community’s involvement isn’t over yet - we’ll be encouraging people to comment on the proposed scheme and will continue to take their views into consideration as we finalise the planning application.”
