BEXLEY Council is to sell its Sidcup office building, saving around £535,000 a year.
Proposals to sell Wyncham House, in Longlands Road, are part of the Bexley First programme, which aims to reduce the number of sites the council operates from.
Around 120 staff will be relocated to two of the council's other sites in Bexleyheath and Welling.
The building went on sale this month, with a deadline for bids by November 18.
Cabinet member for finance and corporate services, Councillor Colin Campbell, said: "This is a positive step for the council in reducing its office space and so its running costs.
"We are sure there will be a number of interested parties that want to give Wyncham House a good future, given that it is a modern office building, close to Sidcup station and close to good road links"
