A ONE-LEGGED flasher who persistently exposed himself to girls from his window has been sentenced.

Graham Shephard, of Princes Road in Dartford, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court on August 25 after being found guilty of six counts of indecent exposure.

The 48-year-old was given a three-year community order with supervision, was ordered to complete a sex offenders’ programme, and placed on the sex offenders’ register for five years.

Shephard, who lost a leg due to diabetes, repeatedly exposed himself to teenage girls, including a 13-year-old, from his home and was caught after Kent police covertly filmed him.

Kent police investigating officer, Detective Constable Spencer Albone, said: "Hopefully this will now see an end to Shephard's continued anti-social behaviour.”

this story made me laugh, not because it was at children because thats just sick but the fact that he was one legged and flashing.
