THE jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering his partner has retired to consider its verdict.
Steven Stallion, aged 46, is alleged to have punched 36-year-old mother-of-one Victoria Tomsett to death at the flat they shared in Sheridan Court, Dartford, on October 18, 2007.
Maidstone Crown Court has heard that Stallion, who denies murder, says she had an epileptic fit and fell out of bed, causing her fatal injuries.
