CASH BID: £1 million to fund regeneration projects could be heading to the area. The money would be used on Groundwork's Swanscombe's Heritage Park and Managing the Marshes projects. Groundwork made the bid for cash from the office of Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott.
SEE MP: Dartford MP Dr Howard Stoate will hold a constituency surgery on January 9 at Dartford Citizens' Advice Bureau in Essex Road, Dartford. Dr Stoate will be available from 7.30pm and 9pm.
