DRAMA students have put on a series of shows to raise money for a children's charity.
Helen O'Grady Drama Academy did a number of dances throughout the summer to raise £465, which will be split between three children's charities.
One of which is the Dartford branch of DGS Mencap, in Highfield Road, which supports people in the area with learning difficulties.
On September 29 the academy's principal Helen Walls presented a cheque for £155 to the charity while its members were rehearsing for their upcoming show The Wizard of Oz.
She said: "It was a delight to see the group having such fun at rehearsals and enjoying drama so much.
"They will use the money raised to buy scenery for their performance."
The Orpington-based Helen O'Grady drama academy has 290 students aged between five and 17.
DGS Mencap's The Wizard of Oz will take place at the Mick Jagger Centre, Shepherds Lane, Dartford, on December 7
