RESIDENTS have been enjoying attending an over 50s club.
Around 15 people are regularly attending the club, which takes place every Tuesday in Temple Hill Baptist Church, St Edmunds Road, Dartford.
It was set up by Kay Saunders and Irene Leggett, and was launched to give people the chance to find new friends and have a bit of fun.
Mrs Saunders said: "We set up the club at the beginning of September, it was our dream."
Everyone is charged just 50p and in return they can take part in games and quizzes. They are also given tea, coffee and cake.
On November 11, the manager of Dartford Museum, Chris Baker, will be giving a talk on the Home Front which took place between 1939 and 1945.
The charge for this will £1 instead of the usual 50p.
Mrs Saunders added: "It seems to be going quite well. We are getting a lot of people."
The club starts at 3pm and lasts until about 4.30pm. For more information call 01322 281262.
