THOSE who have over-indulged at Christmas can burn off those extra calories by trying a series of walks in Kent.
Anyone hoping to get fit and healthy in the new year can find interesting route ideas in the Walks in Kent Pack.
Kent County Council is offering the pack free to provide information about walking, cycling and riding in the countryside.
In the guide there are 18 routes which cover distances varying from 2.2 miles to 5.3 miles across the county, including at Otford and Pluckley.
To order a free copy, call 08458 247600.
The routes can also be downloaded from kent.gov.uk/explorekent
