Middlesex County League Division Two
Barnet played poorly against bottom club North Middlesex on Saturday.
There seemed to be an attitude that they only needed to turn up. Though North Middlesex lost two early wickets, they profited from poor fielding and declared at 196-8.
Barnet soon lost skipper Anooj Vadagama. Wickets fell regularly until Tinu Shukla (20 no) and Imran Malik (12 no) held out for nine overs for a draw. North Middlesex captain Gareth Davies (6-42) took the first six wickets.
On Saturday, Barnet are away to Barnes. Barnes II 170-6 dec, Barnet II 170-6 (Visagie 76). Hampton Wick Royal 84 (D Gerrard 8-31), Barnet III 85-4.
