How I wish the estate agents would stop talking up property prices.
While everyone boasts about the benefits of increasing values, no one discusses the pricing out of the market of young people and those on low incomes.
If you don't already own a house you can forget about buying one within the Greater London boundaries, especially central London.
The cost of a less than modest house verges on the ridiculous. If you happen to be employed by one of the vital services, such as a nurse or policeman, your situation is improved, but the humble receptionist or tradesman get no thanks from the government for providing under-paid but still vital services.
London is a housing nightmare thanks to greed and government mismanagement.
